Chicken Fajita Pizza

Ingredients
two skinless chicken breasts cut into strips *For veggie option use Quorn chicken strips
fajita spice mix
red pepper
green pepper
1 large onion
2 wholemeal wraps
40g 50% less fat cheese
half an avocado chopped
Big mixed salad on the side
Method
- preheat oven to 200 degrees c
- cut the chicken into strips and mix with the fajita seasoning
- cut the peppers and onion into strips and place in baking tray, spray with a little oil, add the chicken and mix well, bake for 25 mins or until cooked
- Add the fajita mix to the wraps and spread about, sprinkle over the cheese and bake for 7-8 mins or until melted and then add the avocado to the top and have a mixed salad on the side.
