Weight Loss

I started off at 16 stone with a pretty bad diet, although I was doing some exercise every week, playing squash and football my poor diet was keeping my weight on.

I began dealing with Holly last March 2016. She was very easy to talk to and got my food plan set up very quickly. I saw great results in a short space of time.

I had a target to lose 3 stone in 9 months and I achieved this within 6 with Holly’s help.

Holly helped me all the way with the weekly weigh ins and was readily available to talk to with any questions I had regarding the recipes and menus.

I also started looking at some of my own recipes and with Holly’s help, and some tweaks, got some other great and healthy meals to add to the recipes Holly gave me.  I would recommend this to anyone as I am now holding my target weight and have totally changed my view on my diet and what I eat.
