4 Week Tailor Made Diet Plan for Weightloss




After you have completed the 7 day food diary and we have assessed your current eating habits we will then work out a meal plan based around the foods you like, it is a fool proof way of losing weight and changing your eating habits for good without the need for pills, shakes and packet food!
Each week you will recieve a Meal Plan including every meal, snack and drink to consume, Shopping List, Recipes, Progress Chart and an appointment each week for a weigh in (body fat %, muscle mass, water % and bone) and to discuss your progress.

Can be done face to face or online, choose the best option for you.
